社会工作是一门讲求实践,注重实务经验的学科。因此,在社会工作专业教学中使学生做到“理论学习与科学研究”有机结合、并驾齐驱,是社会工作教学必须时时思考和探索的问题。当下传统教学方法的局限性,已经不能满足现代社会就业机制对学生素质的要求。本文创造性地提出了“课内外一体化”专题教学模式,培养目标立足于学生思维方式与关键能力的培养,整个教学过程包括不仅在课内,同时也在课外,将课内外学生的表现综合起来对于学习效果进行评价,达到学生的学研能力与全面素质综合考量相结合的培养目标,从而提升学生的社会工作关键能力、综合职业行为能力与全面素质提高的教学目的。
Social work is a discipline that emphasizes practice and focuses on practical experience.
