随着城市建设的发展,各大酒店、宾馆和写字楼都使用不锈钢材料制作的热交换器作为空调、洗澡的设备。近期,我中心在检验1台容积式水加热器时,发现该容器前封头及筒体上有多处穿透性裂纹,由于及时发现,未造成人员伤亡及重大的经济损失。为防止类似事故发生,确保压力容器的安全运行,本文对该裂纹产生的原因进行了分析,并提出了今后在制造、使用及检验该类容器时应采取的相应措施。1设备概况设备型号:S128-7,设计压力:0.6MPa,设计温
With the development of urban construction, major hotels, hotels and offices all use heat exchangers made of stainless steel as air-conditioners and bathing equipment. Recently, when I examined a positive displacement water heater, I found that there were many penetrating cracks on the front head and the cylinder of the container. As a result of timely detection, no casualties and significant economic losses were caused.
