评价Parasight F试剂盒快速诊断云南恶性疟的现场应用价值。用Parasight F试剂盒检测 187例疑似恶性疟病人血样 ,与镜检法进行比较。检出恶性疟 (包括 4例混合感染 )敏感度和特异度分别为 87 5 %和 98 7% ;其敏感度与原虫密度呈正相关 (趋势卡方 χ2 =34 5 4,P <0 0 1) ;检测 10例间日疟患者血样无交叉反应。培训每个卫生技术人员 ,可在 30min内学会。试剂盒在常温下保存一年以上仍稳定。整个测试过程可在 7～ 10min内完成。Parasight F试剂盒诊断恶性疟快速、方便 ,适合于医院门诊及个体诊所快速诊断恶性疟患者。
Evaluation of Parasight F Kit for Rapid Diagnosis of Plasmodium falciparum in Yunnan Province. Parasight F kit was used to detect blood samples from 187 suspected cases of falciparum malaria and was compared with microscopic examination. The sensitivity and specificity of detecting falciparum malaria (including 4 mixed infections) were 87.5% and 98.7%, respectively. The sensitivity was positively correlated with protozoal density (trend chi square χ2 = 34 5 4, P 0 01) No cross-reaction was detected in 10 blood samples of patients with Plasmodium falciparum. Train every health technician to learn within 30 minutes. The kit is stable at room temperature for more than one year. The entire testing process can be completed in 7 ~ 10min. Parasight F is a rapid and convenient tool for the diagnosis of falciparum malaria. It is suitable for rapid diagnosis of patients with falciparum malaria in hospital clinics and individual clinics.
