我市于2002年启动了义务教育阶段课程改革,时隔七年,于2009年启动高中课程改革。体现国家意志的课程改革文献,制定了改革的宏观策略和原则性要求,而如何使之在西部地区落地生根,化为本土行动,取得实质性进展,始终是我们着力探讨和解决的一个重大难题。制定切实可行的课程改革方案课程改革能否得到有效实施,取决于两个关键命题:一是能否制定切实可行的实施方案,二是能否采取有效的实施策略。在制定方案过程中,我们充分考虑了诸多有利条件和制约
The city started the curriculum reform in compulsory education stage in 2002, which lasted seven years. In 2009, it started the reform of the high school curriculum. Curriculum reform documents reflecting the will of the state have laid down the macro-strategy and principle requirements of the reform. However, how to root it in the western region into a local action and make substantive progress has always been a major challenge we are trying to find and solve . The development of a practical curriculum reform program Curriculum reform can be implemented effectively, depends on two key propositions: First, whether to develop a practical implementation of the program, the second is whether an effective implementation strategy. In formulating the plan, we have fully considered many favorable conditions and constraints
