建立了顶空气相色谱法测定熏蒸后烟草中的痕量磷化氢。采用PoraPLOT Q毛细管色谱柱,脉冲火焰光度检测器(PFPD)P模式检测。结果显示,方法决定系数R2为0.9998,平均加标回收率为98.90%,日内重复性RSD为0.5%(n=5),日间重复性RSD为2.4%(n=5),方法检出限为0.0050μg/g,定量限为0.015μg/g。运用本方法对熏蒸后烟草进行测试,结果显示熏蒸结束3天后烟草中磷化氢残留量均小于0.0069μg/g。
A gas chromatographic method was developed for the determination of trace phosphine in fumigated tobacco by headspace gas chromatography. PoraPLOT Q capillary column, pulsed flame photometric detector (PFPD) P mode detection. The results showed that the method of determining the coefficient R2 was 0.9998, the average spike recovery was 98.90%, the intra-day reproducibility RSD was 0.5% (n = 5), the intraday repetitive RSD was 2.4% (n = 5) 0.0050 μg / g, and the limit of quantification was 0.015 μg / g. Using this method to test the fumigated tobacco, the results showed that the residual amount of phosphine in tobacco was less than 0.0069μg / g after 3 days of fumigation.
