近几年,上海郊县棉花枯萎病(FusariumOxysporium f vasinfectum),苗期立枯病(Rhizoctonia Solani)和炭疽病(Glomerellagossypii)发生相当普遍,重病因死苗率可达60%以上,成了棉花生产上的一个突出问题。据报道这些病害的发生与棉根受到植物线虫的危害有一定联系。为此,我们应用兼有杀菌和杀线虫作用的棉隆对棉花苗床土壤进行了播前处理试验,收到了较好的防治效果。一、材料和方法 1984年在上海、嘉定、宝山、川沙等县进行了棉枯萎重病日播种前苗床土壤应用95%棉隆(山西临汾农药厂84年产品)的小区试验。用药量每平方米耕作层土壤(深15~20厘米)8、14、20克(商品量),每处理10~
