为明确徐州地区草莓灰霉病菌对腐霉利的抗药性现状,2014~2015年在徐州8个区县草莓产区分别采集草莓灰霉病菌(Botrytis cinerea)样品,采用菌丝生长速率法测定93个草莓灰霉病菌菌株对腐霉利的抗药性。结果表明,检测的抗性菌株比例高达54.83%,且以中抗菌株为主,占34.40%。不同区县抗性菌株抗性频率不同,其中铜山区、贾汪区、新沂、沛县抗性频率较高,均在70%以上。说明徐州草莓灰霉病菌对腐霉利已产生抗药性,抗性水平中抗,且抗性菌株较普遍,应避免或限制连续使用腐霉利类的杀菌剂。
In order to clarify the current situation of the resistance of Pyricularia oryzae to Pyricularia oryzae in Xuzhou, the samples of Botrytis cinerea were collected from strawberry areas in 8 districts and counties in Xuzhou from 2014 to 2015. The mycelium growth rate was used to determine 93 Resistant to Pythium on a Strawberry Botrytis cinerea Strain. The results showed that the proportion of tested resistant strains was as high as 54.83%, with medium resistant strains accounting for 34.40%. The resistance frequency of resistant strains in different districts and counties was different, among which the resistance frequency in Tongshan, Jiawang, Xinyi and Peixian was higher than 70%. This indicated that Botrytis cinerea of strawberry in Xuzhou had been resistant to Pythium, the level of resistance was moderate, and the resistant strains were more common. The fungicides should be avoided or limited continuously.
