本文叙述的是低温下使用的热开关。它利用气体压力与热导率的关系,及其蒸汽压随温度的降低而降低。替换工作气体就可广泛地改变开关温度。由于没有机械运动部件,所以寿命和可靠性都高。能够很容易地达到热导率的开关比为500。
This article describes the use of low-temperature thermal switch. It takes advantage of the relationship between gas pressure and thermal conductivity and its vapor pressure decreases with decreasing temperature. Switching gas can be widely changed to switch the temperature. Because there is no mechanical moving parts, so life and reliability are high. The switching ratio that can easily achieve thermal conductivity is 500.
