挤压膨化对菜籽粕中单宁含量的影响分析

以菜籽粕含水率、挤压机套筒加热温度、螺杆转速为考察因素,菜籽粕中单宁含量为评价指标,采用二次正交旋转组合试验设计,建立回归方程,进行单因素及响应面图形分析,探讨试验因素对指标的影响规律.考察各试验因素对指标因子贡献率的大小,通过频数选优确定单宁含量较低的挤压条件.结果表明.挤压温度50℃、螺杆转速166 r/min、物料含水率25%时,单宁含量可降至原含量的50%左右.
