海洋胃药是以海星为主的海洋药物制剂。在临床上应用多年,对胃及十二指肠溃疡等有较好的疗效。为进一步提高治疗效果,参照中医临证的经验,将原方中干姜改为炮姜。并进行药理作用对比。结果表明,对急性溃疡发生的预防作用(如应激性及幽门结扎性胃溃疡实验),虽炮姜组对溃疡发生的抑制率均有所提高,但经统计学处理未见显著性差异。然而在治疗已发生溃疡的愈复实验(醋酸法)中,则炮姜组明显地优于干姜组,且有统计学意义(P<0.01)。炮姜组的高、低剂量组溃疡愈合率分别较干姜组提高32.93％及27.23％。
