目的:探讨树突状细胞(DC)在变应性鼻炎免疫调控中的作用。方法:采用细胞培养加酶联免疫吸 附试验(ELISA法)检测患者血液中Th1/Th2,观察DC对变应性鼻炎患者外周血Th1/Th2及相关细胞因子的调 控作用。结果:用成熟DC刺激后的培养上清液中IFN γ的浓度明显升高,Th1/Th2的比值有明显改变(P< 0.01)。结论:成熟DC能诱导Th1反应,调节Th1/Th2的比例,使Th0向Th1偏移分化,是治疗变态反应的一种 途径。
Objective: To investigate the role of dendritic cells (DCs) in immune regulation of allergic rhinitis. Methods: Th1 / Th2 in blood was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), and the regulatory effect of DC on Th1 / Th2 and related cytokines in peripheral blood of patients with allergic rhinitis was observed. Results: The concentration of IFN - γ in culture supernatant stimulated with mature DC was significantly increased, and the ratio of Th1 / Th2 was significantly changed (P <0.01). Conclusion: Mature DC can induce Th1 response, regulate the ratio of Th1 / Th2 and differentiate Th0 from Th1. It is a way to treat allergy.
