功能锻炼对肩周炎患者来说十分重要,有人形象地称之为“医三分练七分”。多做肩关节的运动,特别是适当的大幅度运动,对预防肩关节的粘连、肩部软组织的挛缩,大有好处。可以说,锻炼的重要性胜于治疗的重要性。以下七种有效的锻炼方式有助于肩周炎康复。1.手指爬墙:患者面向墙壁站立,双手上抬,扶于墙上,努力向上爬,要努力比前一天爬得更高一些。2.后伸下蹲:患者背向站于桌前,双手后扶于桌边,反复做下蹲动作,以加强肩关节的后伸活动。3.两手抱头:两足站立与肩同宽,两手紧抱后脑;两肘拉开,与身体平行;两肘收拢,似挟头部,周而复始。
