肩周炎康复“练”胜于“治”

功能锻炼对肩周炎患者来说十分重要,有人形象地称之为“医三分练七分”。多做肩关节的运动,特别是适当的大幅度运动,对预防肩关节的粘连、肩部软组织的挛缩,大有好处。可以说,锻炼的重要性胜于治疗的重要性。以下七种有效的锻炼方式有助于肩周炎康复。1.手指爬墙:患者面向墙壁站立,双手上抬,扶于墙上,努力向上爬,要努力比前一天爬得更高一些。2.后伸下蹲:患者背向站于桌前,双手后扶于桌边,反复做下蹲动作,以加强肩关节的后伸活动。3.两手抱头:两足站立与肩同宽,两手紧抱后脑;两肘拉开,与身体平行;两肘收拢,似挟头部,周而复始。 Functional exercise on the patients with frozen shoulder is very important, some people vividly call it “three-thirds practice seven”. Do more shoulder movement, especially the appropriate large-scale exercise, to prevent adhesion of the shoulder joint, shoulder soft tissue contracture, great benefit. It can be said that exercise is more important than treatment. The following seven kinds of effective ways to help the recovery of frozen shoulder. 1. Finger Climbing Wall: The patient stands facing the wall, lifting with both hands, supporting the wall, trying to climb, trying to climb higher than the day before. 2. After squatting: patients standing back at the desk, hands after the help at the table, repeated squatting activities to strengthen the shoulder extension activities. 3. Two hands Baotou: two feet standing shoulder width, hands clasped the brain; two elbows opened, parallel with the body; two elbow Shoulong, like relying on the head, go back and forth.
