目的探讨基于PDCA模式的临床路径在高血压患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法选取2015年易县人民医院收治的高血压患者146例,随机分为对照组79例和观察组67例。对照组患者采取常规健康教育,观察组患者采取基于PDCA模式的临床路径开展健康教育。比较两组患者干预前后的生活方式、高血压相关知识掌握程度及健康教育满意度。结果干预前两组患者吸烟率、饮酒率,高盐、高脂饮食率及运动率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后观察组吸烟率、饮酒率,高盐、高脂饮食率低于对照组,运动率、高血压健康知识掌握程度及健康教育满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在高血压患者的健康教育中,施行基于PDCA模式的临床路径有助于改善患者的生活方式,提高患者高血压健康知识掌握程度及健康教育满意度。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of PDCA model in the health education of patients with hypertension. Methods A total of 146 hypertensive patients treated in Yixian County People’s Hospital in 2015 were randomly divided into control group (n = 79) and observation group (n = 67). Patients in the control group were given routine health education, while those in the observation group were given health education based on the PDCA model. The lifestyle, hypertension-related knowledge mastery and health education satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after intervention. Results There was no significant difference in smoking rate, drinking rate, high salt, high fat diet rate and exercise rate between the two groups before intervention (P> 0.05). After the intervention, the smoking rate, drinking rate, high salt and high fat The dietary rate was lower than that of the control group, and the exercise rate, the degree of mastery of health knowledge of hypertension and the health education satisfaction were higher than those of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion In the health education of patients with hypertension, the implementation of PDCA-based clinical pathway may help to improve the life style of patients and improve their mastery of health knowledge and satisfaction with health education.
