目的探讨华生理论培训在临床护士健康心理建构中的作用。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和职业紧张目录问卷对外科系统196名临床护士进行不计名测试,并对结果进行统计分析。结果症状自评量表(SCL-90)测评显示临床护士人际关系敏感(t=3.44,P<0.01)、焦虑(t=2.56,P<0.05)、躯体不适(t=2.41,P<0.05)、抑郁(t=2.39,P<0.05)4个因子分明显高于国内常模;华生理论培训后,护士的心理健康评分显著低于培训前(P<0.01)。结论华生理论培训有利于护士内环境稳态,护士身体、心理和心灵达到更高程度的和谐,所在科室患者满意度提高。
Objective To explore the role of Watson’s theory training in the construction of clinical psychology of nurses. Methods A total of 196 clinical nurses in the surgical system were tested unascertained using the SCL-90 questionnaire and the Occupational Stress Inventory questionnaire, and the results were statistically analyzed. Results The evaluation of SCL-90 showed that the clinical nurses were sensitive to interpersonal relationships (t = 3.44, P <0.01), anxiety (t = 2.56, , Depression (t = 2.39, P <0.05) were significantly higher than those of the norm in China. After Watson training, the scores of mental health of nurses were significantly lower than those before training (P <0.01). Conclusion Watson’s theoretical training is conducive to the stable internal environment of nurses, nurses body, mind and soul to achieve a higher degree of harmony, where the patient satisfaction increased.
