利用成熟的湍流和颗粒计算模型计算了百叶窗煤粉浓缩器中气固两相流动,结合试验进行了大量分析研究,提出了许多气流与颗粒在百叶窗中运动特点及分离机理。计算与试验都显示出了很好的一致性。所得出的结论深入揭示了浓缩器中浓缩机理以及一般百叶窗分离器中的分离机理。
The gas-solid two-phase flow in the shuttering coal pulverized coal concentrator was calculated by the well-established turbulence and particle calculation model. A lot of analysis and research were carried out in combination with the test, and the movement characteristics and separation mechanism of many air flow and particles in the louver were proposed. Calculations and experiments show good agreement. The conclusions drawn in-depth revealed the concentration mechanism in the concentrator and the general separation mechanism in the louver separator.
