进行了系统的选材、热震和实际试车试验,证明:底层-过渡层工作层,为合理的涂层结构设计。结合金相观察和残余应力分析,认为ZrO_2-MgO厚涂层是无水冷柴油机燃烧室部件良好的隔热涂层。
The system selection, thermal shock and actual test run have been carried out to prove that the working layer of the bottom - transition layer is a reasonable coating structure design. Combined with metallographic observation and residual stress analysis, it is considered that the ZrO_2-MgO thick coating is a good thermal insulation coating for the components of the combustion chamber of a water-free diesel engine.
