将橡胶颗粒作为部分骨料加入沥青混合料中不仅能够减少沥青用量,同时由于其自身低强度和高回弹等特性,还可以有效改善路面的噪声、抗变形能力、耐水性、抗飞散剥落及高温稳定等性能。基于此并考虑现今中国各地车流量大,重载车辆多的特点,以及规范设计弯沉指标不适用于轴载130kN以上车辆等情况,该文提出疲劳指标作为补充指标进行等效轴载换算研究。结果表明:橡胶颗粒沥青混合料的弯沉等效轴载换算指数明显低于普通沥青混合料,建议轴载130kN以下利用弯沉等效进行轴载换算,指数取值为4.2。改进的PS-N威布尔分布模型50%保证率下的预估方程更符合路面疲劳发展规律,建议轴载在130kN以上采用疲劳等效进行轴载换算,指数取值为4.5。
Adding rubber particles as part of aggregates to asphalt mixture can not only reduce the amount of asphalt, but also effectively improve the noise, deformation resistance, water resistance, anti-scattering and anti-spalling due to its low strength and high rebound characteristics High temperature stability and other properties. Based on this and taking into account the characteristics of large traffic flow and heavy vehicles in various parts of China at present and the normative design of deflection indicators not suitable for vehicles with an axle load of 130 kN or more, this paper proposes fatigue equivalent as a supplementary indicator for equivalent axle load conversion . The results show that the deflection equivalent axle load index of rubber granule asphalt mixture is obviously lower than ordinary asphalt mixture. It is suggested that axle load should be calculated by deflection equivalent below axle load of 130kN, the index value is 4.2. The predictive equation under the 50% guaranteed rate of the improved PS-N Weibull distribution model is more in line with the law of road surface fatigue development. It is suggested that the axle load should be converted to fatigue equivalent with axial load above 130kN, and the index value is 4.5.
