对于职业学校的学生来说,同一班级不同学生的英语水平相差很大,教师在英语教学中往往不能两头兼顾,造成好学生吃不饱,差学生听不懂情况的出现。针对目前职业学校学生在英语学习中出现的“两极”分化现象给教学工作带来的负面效应,教师应改变用同一内容、进度、方法授课的传统模式,注重学生个体差异,实施分层教学,使全体学生均衡发展。
