文中对在不同土壤水胁迫下,冬小麦的生理生化特性进行测定、分析研究。表明耐早性强的小麦品种渗透调节能力强,对水胁迫的适应性主要通过渗透调节机制来实现;水胁迫导致小麦叶绿素含量降低,耐旱小麦品种的叶绿素含量受干旱影响较小;在水胁迫条件下,小麦蔗糖含量呈上升趋势,耐旱性强的小麦品种其SOD酶具有较高活性,且随水胁迫加强提高较快。
In this paper, the physiological and biochemical characteristics of winter wheat under different soil water stress were determined and analyzed. The results showed that osmotic adjustment ability of wheat cultivars with high resistance to early age was strong, and adaptability to water stress was mainly achieved through osmotic adjustment mechanism. Under water stress, chlorophyll content of wheat decreased, while that of drought-tolerant wheat cultivars was less affected by drought. Under the stress conditions, the content of sucrose in wheat showed an upward trend. The activity of SOD of wheat cultivars with higher drought tolerance was higher, and increased rapidly with the increase of water stress.
