众所周知,H.Fittinger 于1905年发明的液力变扭器是通过工作油在两个轴之间传递功率。因此它具有很强的减振作用,对外负荷的变化具有独立的适应能力。作为一种传动技术,它的优点是:有相对比较小的质量,工作时无磨损,有相当高的效率,发动机无负荷起动。从下文便可得知,为使结构尽可能简单,工作油的流动效率将会降低。放弃常规的设计方法,采取新型式能够解决这个问题。
It is well known that the hydrodynamic torque converter invented by H. Fittinger in 1905 uses the working oil to transfer power between two shafts. So it has a strong damping effect, the external load changes with independent adaptability. As a transmission technology, its advantages are: a relatively small mass, wear-free work, a very high efficiency, the engine starts without load. As will be understood from the following, the working fluid flow efficiency will be reduced in order to make the structure as simple as possible. Abandon the conventional design methods, to take a new type can solve this problem.
