在当前市场经济运行过程中,企业的整体运行模式与本企业根据实际发展情况所规划的战略目标具有重要关系。同时,企业中无论是最终目标的实现还是模式的运营情况都与企业员工有直接关系,企业员工的工作能力直接决定企业的运行状况。对企业而言员工工作能力的提高也就意味着员工绩效的提高,这在一定程度上能够提高企业整体经营利润,从而促进企业实现进一步发展。因此在企业经营过程中必须加强对企业员工绩效管理的重视。
