目的测定并比较蒙古扁桃叶片和柄扁桃叶片中Ca,Mg,Fe,Mn,Cu和Zn 6种微量元素含量。方法湿法消解样品,采用火焰原子吸收分光光谱法(FAAS)测定,应用SPSS15.0软件对所得数据统计分析。结果 6种元素线性关系良好,相关系数均大于0.999,相对标准偏差为:0.43%~1.75%,加标回收率为94%~107%。元素含量为蒙古扁桃叶片Ca>Mg>Fe>Zn>Mn>Cu,柄扁桃叶片Ca>Mg>Fe>Mn>Zn>Cu;统计学分析表明,蒙古扁桃叶片和柄扁桃叶片中6种元素含量均存在显著性差异(P<0.05),其中蒙古扁桃叶片中Ca、Mg、Zn、Cu的含量高于柄扁桃叶片。结论该方法快速、简便、数据准确可靠,为蒙古扁桃和柄扁桃的综合开发利用提供科学依据。
Objective To determine and compare the contents of six trace elements Ca, Mg, Fe, Mn, Cu and Zn in the leaves and stems of Prunus mongolica. Methods Wet digestion samples were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS), and SPSS15.0 software was used to analyze the data. Results The linear relationships of the six elements were good, the correlation coefficients were all greater than 0.999, the relative standard deviations were 0.43% ~ 1.75%, and the recoveries were between 94% and 107%. The contents of Ca, Mg, Fe, Zn and Mn in the leaves of A. almond and Ca> Mg> Fe> Mn> Zn> (P <0.05). Among them, the contents of Ca, Mg, Zn and Cu in Almond trees were higher than that of Almond trees. Conclusion The method is rapid, simple, accurate and reliable, and provides a scientific basis for the comprehensive development and utilization of Almond and Almond in Mongolia.
