1980年3月,苏联召开的“关于金属压力加工中利用摩擦力”的科技讨论会认为:金属压力加工中,特别是锻冲生产中利用摩擦力是一个新的很有前途的方向。因此,近几年来,苏联相继研究出有效摩擦挤压、有效摩擦冲压和有效摩擦模锻等工艺和设备。英国原子能委员会(UKAEA)D·Green发明的、于1972年取得专利的最新连续挤压工艺和设备,实际上也是利用摩擦力作为挤压力的无润滑连续挤压工艺和设备,它不仅可以节约能源、提高材料的利用率,而且能挤压出各种型材。
March 1980, the Soviet Union held a “seminar on the use of friction in metal pressure processing,” the seminar held that: metal pressure processing, especially the use of friction forging production is a new and promising direction. In recent years, therefore, the Soviet Union has successively studied such processes and equipment as effective friction extrusion, effective friction stamping and effective frictional forging. The latest continuous extrusion process and equipment invented by British Green Energy Agency (UKAEA) D · Green and patented in 1972 is actually a non-lubricated continuous extrusion process and equipment that utilizes friction as the pressing force. It not only saves Energy, improve the utilization of materials, but also extruded a variety of profiles.
