由于不满学生“学力”下降,20世纪90年代末开始,日本高中教育从“宽松教育”向“学力教育”回归。这种回归在日本的“都立高中推进计划”中得以体现,日本的学术型高中由此获得了较大的发展空间,如强调作为学术基础的知识教育,重视学者型教师的培养以及学术校园环境的建设。对于面临相似问题的我国高中教育而言,日本“都立高中推进计划”对我国学术型高中的建设应当有所启示。
Due to the dissatisfaction with the decline in students’ academic ability, high school education in Japan returned from “liberal education ” to “academic education ” from the late 1990s. Such a return is reflected in Japan’s “Durat Senior High School Promotion Plan.” Japan’s academic high schools thus gained more room for development, such as emphasizing knowledge education as an academic foundation, attaching importance to the training of academic-type teachers and academic Campus environment construction. For the high school education facing similar problems in our country, Japan “Du Li Senior Secondary Propulsion Plan ” should give some inspiration to the construction of our country’s academic high schools.
