电力多经企业为促进社会就业和保障电力产业改革做出了重要贡献,但在主业的大力扶持下,其拥有的优越条件并未形成竞争优势。本文通过典型企业的调研分析,认为内部沟通失效是该类企业陷入困境的主要原因,明确了电力多经的战略定位和加强管理创新是其走出困境的必由之路。 Diversified power companies have made important contributions to promoting social employment and ensuring the reform of the power industry. However, with the strong support of the major industries, the superior conditions they possess do not form a competitive advantage. Based on the investigation and analysis of typical enterprises, this paper argues that the failure of internal communication is the main reason why such enterprises are in difficulties. It is clear that the strategic positioning of power diversification and strengthening management innovation are the only ways to get out of the predicament.
