目的了解职业技术类学校学生典型1周的膳食构成,以提出住校学生膳食营养的合理建议。方法 2010年9~10月对江阴市3所职业技术类学校309名学生进行典型1周膳食问卷调查。结果调查309名学生,1周内每天食用薯类、粗粮少于1次的分别为94.2%和31.4%,每天食肉类食品和水产品的分别为68.6%和66.0%,食用蛋类和奶食品1周少于1次的分别为24.6%和38.1%,每天坚持食用蔬菜和水果的分别为61.1%和56.9%,每天饮啤酒和喝白酒的分别为35.9%和8.7%。结论江阴市职业类学校学生膳食构成尚不够合理,建议加大立法力度,加强公共营养宣传、培训以改善学生营养状况。
Objective To understand the typical 1-week diet of vocational and technical school students in order to put forward reasonable suggestions for students’ nutrition in school. Methods From September to October 2010, a total of 309 students from 3 vocational and technical schools in Jiangyin City were surveyed for a typical 1-week diet. Results A total of 309 students were enrolled in this study. They consumed 94.2% and 31.4% of the yam each day for less than 1 time in a week. They consumed 68.6% and 66.0% of the meat and aquatic products respectively. Edible eggs and dairy products Less than 1 week was 24.6% and 38.1% respectively, insisting on daily consumption of vegetables and fruits at 61.1% and 56.9% respectively. Beer and alcohol were 35.9% and 8.7% respectively. Conclusion The meal composition of vocational school students in Jiangyin City is not yet reasonable enough. It is suggested to increase the legislative efforts and publicity and training of public nutrition so as to improve students’ nutritional status.
