自进入21世纪以后,我国社会经济高速发展,对水利水电工作的要求标准也随之提升。此种背景下,水利水电公司必须进行制度改革调整才能满足社会经济发展的需要。但是水利水电公司在发展过程中会受到诸多方面的影响,尤其是在内部控制方面仍存在很多问题,如果这些问题不及时解决,不但会影响到水利水电工程稳定发展,而且还对给社会造成很多负面影响。本文通过查阅大量的文献,并结合在内蒙古辽河工程局股份有限公司多年的工作经验,就水利水单公司内部控制制度存在的问题进行浅要分析,并制定出相关的改善措施,希望对水利水单公司的发展有一定帮助。

By referring to a large amount of documents and combining with many years’ working experience in Inner Mongolia Liaohe Engineering Bureau Co., Ltd., this article makes a brief analysis of the existing problems in the internal control system of the water conservancy-water company and draws up relevant improvement measures. The development of a single company will certainly help.
