目前,高职院校的发展,已经从前期的“数量扩张”到现阶段的“内涵”建设。学院的办学理念影响着教师的教学方法和教学质量,教师素质是影响学校办学质量和学生培养质量的关键。本文主要从学院的文化建设、教师结构改革、教学环节设计、学生实践能力培养四个方面,阐述了“三学”即学院、学生、学习之间的关系。本文有助于高职院校提高办学质量,有助于教师改进教学观念和教学方法,提高学生的学习兴趣和职业技能。
At present, the development of higher vocational colleges has already started from the “quantity expansion” to the current “connotation” construction. The school’s educational philosophy affects the teaching methods and quality of teaching. The quality of teachers is the key to the quality of school running and the quality of students’ training. This article mainly elaborates the relationship between college, student, and learning through four aspects of college culture construction, teacher structure reform, teaching design, and students’ practical ability training. This article helps higher vocational colleges to improve the quality of running a school, helps teachers to improve their teaching concepts and teaching methods, and enhance their interest in learning and professional skills.
