传统作业设计方式过于单一枯燥,作业的功能往往定位在知识巩固和基本技能训练上,容易使学生产生厌倦感,同时也在无形中扼杀了学生的自主性和创造性,抑制了学生个性的自由发展和潜能的充分发挥。因此,在小学语文教学中,教师要结合学生的特点和认知水平,注重作业的多元化设计,注意突出作业的趣味性、自主性、动态性、探究性以及实践性,从而调动学生学习的积极性和创造性,促进学生的个性发展和健康成长。
