利用Ansys软件建立了带冠叶片组的三维有限元计算模型,并结合LS-DYNA软件进行了显式动力学碰撞分析,研究了碰撞阻尼减振效果与冠间间隙、激振力相位差和激振力幅值等振动系统参数之间的对应关系.结果表明:带锯齿型冠叶片间的碰撞阻尼可以有效抑制系统的振动,具有较明显的减振效果;有限元分析结果与相关的试验研究结果一致,证明所采用的有限元分析模型及方法是可行的.
