对双轴转矩结合式并联混合动力电动汽车,采用新型回流式无级变速传动系统,以SC7130轿车为设计对象,研究分析了新型回流式无级变速传动系统,确定了整车结构布局,制定了传动系统主要工作模式;应用键合图理论建立整车传动系统键合图模型,根据整车传动系统键合图模型列写状态方程,即整车传动系统数学模型;应用Matlab/Simulink建立了传动系统仿真模型,制定速比控制策略,并对传动系统进行仿真,分析整车的动力性、经济性性能,进一步优化传动系统参数。
For the biaxial torque combined parallel hybrid electric vehicle, a new recoverable CVT system is adopted and the SC7130 sedan is taken as the design object. The new recoverable CVT system is researched and analyzed, The main working mode of the transmission system is established. The bond diagram model of the complete vehicle drive system is established based on the bond graph theory. The equation of state is established according to the bond diagram model of the complete vehicle transmission system, that is, the mathematical model of the drive system of the complete vehicle. The Matlab / Simulink Drive system simulation model to develop speed control strategy, and the transmission system simulation, analysis of vehicle power, economic performance, to further optimize the transmission system parameters.
