为探讨开展电磁炮大脉冲电流旋转连接技术研究的必要性,参照美国“Blitzer”电磁炮的结构形式和参数,构建了防空电磁炮A的几何模型。计算结果表明同轴电缆系统产生的最大阻力矩达到6 026.4 N·m,会对随动系统产生严重干扰,说明开展大脉冲电流旋转连接技术研究是必要的。进一步给出一种采用环形电刷的电磁炮俯仰型旋转电连接装置的方案和工作原理,据此方案研制的试验装置通流能力达到了400 k A。这为采用大脉冲电流旋转连接技术解决电磁炮俯仰供电问题提供了试验依据。
In order to discuss the necessity of the research on the technology of rotating the connection of the large pulse current of the electromagnetic gun, the geometric model of the air defense gun A was constructed referring to the structure and parameters of the American “Blitzer” electromagnetic gun. The calculation results show that the maximum resistive torque generated by the coaxial cable system reaches 6 026.4 N · m, which will cause serious interference to the servo system. It is necessary to carry out the research on the technology of rotating large pulse current connection. Furthermore, the scheme and working principle of an electromagnetic cannon-pitching rotary electrical connection device using a toroidal brush are given. According to the scheme, the throughput of the experimental device reaches 400 kA. This provides a test basis for adopting large pulse current rotating connection technology to solve the pitching power supply problem of the electromagnetic gun.
