为评价备战2008年北京奥运会的中国足球队赛前集训效果,2008年1月,在国家体育总局体育科学研究所实验中心分别使用德国产Jaeger Oxycon Pro心肺功能仪、日本产的康贝Powermax-VⅡ无氧功率自行车、OmegaWave测试仪、美国CYBEX等速力量测试系统,对24名备战北京奥运会的国家足球队运动员进行了有氧能力、无氧能力、下肢爆发力、下肢力量,以及身体成分、生理生化(血红蛋白、红细胞比容、血清睾酮、血清皮质醇、血清尿素氮、血清肌酸激酶、红细胞)等身体机能综合测试。结果显示:最大摄氧量平均为56.2ml/kg/min;无氧能力最大功率平均为974.8±78.1W;运动员单次跳跃滞空时间平均614.9ms,10秒连续跳滞空时间平均569.6ms;运动员髋、膝、踝等下肢关节力量左右差异大体在正常范围。大多运动员生理生化指标正常,身体机能状况良好。总体上,我国备战北京奥运会足球运动员有氧能力和无氧能力与2003年国家队相比较好,但弹跳能力较差。
