采用KHR-A便携式冷却介质性能检测仪对不同温度13%PAG淬火介质的淬火冷却性能进行了测量,研究了60Si2Cr VAT弹簧钢经不同温度13%PAG介质淬火后显微组织及力学性能的变化。结果表明:不同温度13%PAG对冷速的影响主要体现在高温阶段即未发生马氏体转变前的温度段,而在低温阶段冷速相差较小,且冷速随介质温度升高而降低。弹簧钢热处理试验表明,随介质温度升高,淬火后残留奥氏体量增加;经440℃回火后,马氏体板条块显现地越明显,尺寸增大,马氏体板条宽度也随之增加;硬度、抗拉强度呈减小趋势,塑性增加。
The quench cooling performance of 13% PAG quenchant with different temperature was measured by KHR-A portable cooling medium performance tester. The microstructure and mechanical properties of 60Si2CrVal spring steel quenched by 13% PAG media were studied. The results show that the influence of 13% PAG at different temperatures on cooling rate is mainly reflected in the high temperature stage, that is, the temperature before martensite transformation, while the difference in cooling speed at low temperature is small, and the cooling rate decreases with the medium temperature . Spring steel heat treatment tests show that with the medium temperature increases, the amount of retained austenite after quenching increases; after tempering at 440 ℃, martensitic lath appear more obvious, the size increases, martensite lath width With the increase; hardness, tensile strength decreased, plasticity increased.
