薪酬是公司换取员工劳动价值而付出的财物,是员工通过劳动实现自我价值的直接奖励。目前,在企业管理中,往往对其中的薪酬管理不够重视,忽略了薪酬对于员工的激励性质,从而失去了发掘员工工作潜能的机会,限制了公司的长远发展。因此,新的时代背景下,企业要想获得长期稳定的发展,就必须以人为本,关注员工的个人利益,加强人力资源中的薪酬管理,制定科学完善的管理制度,同时依据经济发展状况不断优化管理策略,确保薪酬管理制度的贯彻与落实,激励员工以创造公司利益来实现自我价值。
