本文以相似原理为基础,选择Pb-Sn合金为模拟介质,研究拉速、过热度和偏流等连铸工艺因素对不同断面连铸小方坯坯壳不均匀性的影响。查明坯壳不均匀性与各影响因素间的定量关系,确定影响坯壳不均匀性的主要因素是偏流,次是过热度。初步推推断出维持正常生产技术经济指标的连铸小方坯临界断面尺寸为110×110mm。此项研究为连铸机的设计和确定合理的工艺参数提供了理论依据。
Based on the principle of similarity, Pb-Sn alloy was chosen as the simulation medium to study the influence of casting process factors such as casting speed, superheat and bias current on the non-uniformity of billet billets. Identify the quantitative relationship between the unevenness of the shell and the various influencing factors to determine the main factors affecting the unevenness of the shell is bias current, the second is superheat. Initial push off the main technical and economic indicators to maintain normal production of continuous casting billet critical section size of 110 × 110mm. This study provides a theoretical basis for the design of caster and the determination of reasonable process parameters.
