目的:研究壮药大头陈挥发油的主要化学成分及其抗菌活性。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取大头陈挥发油,通过GC-MS技术对其进行分析,面积归一化法测定计算各成分的质量分数;并采用连续稀释法对大头陈挥发油进行最低抑菌浓度(MIC)、最低杀菌浓度(MBC)的实验研究。结果:水蒸气蒸馏法提取的挥发油共鉴定出57种成分,占挥发油总成分的92.19%,其中主要含雪松醇(26.02%)、柠檬烯(13.46%)。大头陈挥发油在体外对金黄色葡萄球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌耐药株等均有一定的抗菌作用。结论:实验结果可为大头陈的药效物质研究提供科学依据。
Objective: To study the main chemical constituents and antibacterial activity of the volatile oil of Herba Epimedii. Methods: Volatile oil from Radix et Rhizoma Rhei was extracted by steam distillation and analyzed by GC-MS. The mass fraction of each component was calculated by area normalization method. The minimum inhibitory concentration MIC), the minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) experimental study. Results: 57 volatile oil components were identified by steam distillation, accounting for 92.19% of the total volatile oil components, including cedrol (26.02%) and limonene (13.46%). Chen volatile oil bulk in vitro against Staphylococcus aureus, Staphylococcus aureus resistant strains have a certain antibacterial effect. Conclusion: The experimental results can provide a scientific basis for the study of pharmacodynamics of Dazo-Chen.
