管理是企业发展永恒的主题。总结过去行之有效的经验,推广先进的管理经验,实施管理创新是当前搞好国有企业管理的一个重大课题。多年来,湖北省鄂钢集团有限责任公司围绕管理创新进行了可贵的探索。该公司以成本管理为基础,以人本管理为核心,创造了“最低成本经营、最低成本技改、最低成本发展”的三低模式。1990年以来,鄂钢固定资产原值由4亿元增至30亿元,净资产由不足2亿元增至22亿元,累计上交利税12.5亿
Management is the eternal theme of business development. Summarizing past effective experience, promoting advanced management experience, and implementing management innovation is a major issue in the current state-owned enterprise management. Over the years, Hubei Egang Group Co., Ltd. has conducted valuable explorations around management innovation. Based on cost management and human-centered management, the company has created a three-low model of “lowest cost management, lowest cost technical reform, and lowest cost development”. Since 1990, the original value of Egang’s fixed assets has increased from 400 million yuan to 3 billion yuan, and its net assets have increased from less than 200 million yuan to 2.2 billion yuan, accumulatively turning over 1.25 billion yuan in profits and taxes.
