为进一步彰显高校经济法课程的教学价值,实现经济与法律相结合的复合型人才培养目标,本课程教学应当以“问题预设”为突破口,在课程中科学、合理地预设问题,通过解决问题的过程来达成一定的教学效果。本文旨在针对高校经济法课程预设问题进行相关的研究,以图指出该教学路径如何与具体的教学实践相融合,为实际的教学活动提供一份有益的视角。
In order to further demonstrate the teaching value of economic law courses in colleges and universities and achieve the goal of compound talents training combining economy with law, this course should take “Preconception of Preconceived Problems” as the breakthrough point and make scientific and reasonable preconditions in the course, Through the process of solving problems to achieve a certain teaching effect. The purpose of this paper is to conduct a research on the pre-set problems of the economic law course in order to show how the teaching path can be integrated with the specific teaching practice and provide a useful perspective for the actual teaching activities.
