Many scholars have demonstrated the theoretical basis of human capital’s participation in the residual distribution of enterprises from the perspective of profit contribution, incentive and property rights. However, human capital is only a part of intellectual capital after all. And even the theoretical evidence that human capital is involved in the residual distribution of enterprises is not valid Seizing the essence of the problem and failing to explain factors such as profit contribution In the traditional economic era, the traditional paradigm dominated by material capital and exclusive enterprise surplus is still regarded as a classic for a long time. This article starts with the evolutionary relationship between economic forms and capital forms and seizes the essence of the problems and deepens the argument of theoretical basis. This paper explores and points out that in the era of agricultural economy, the era of industrial economy and the advanced stage of knowledge-based economy correspond to four different mainstream business allocation paradigms: the era of agricultural economy - the extremely dominant “tenancy system ” distribution paradigm of material capital, Economic Times - The Distribution Paradigm Dominated by Material Capital, The Primary Stage in the Age of Knowledge Economy - The Distribution Paradigm Co - dominated by Intellectual Capital and Material Capital, The Advanced Stage in the Age of Knowledge Economy - The Distribution Paradigm Dominated by Intellectual Capital. The new economic model not only derived the new capital form of human capital and intellectual capital, but also made it more and more desire to share the surplus of the enterprise.
