制造业转型升级需要突破式和渐进式二元创新驱动力。通过对江铃汽车的连续突破创新、双核带动创新和柔性带动创新三个不同时期的创新驱动展开组合方法调查,对比发现纯靠领导机制难以稳固创新根基,结构分隔机制又会产生较大的协调成本和核心刚性,而基于二元文化、领导调节组合以及员工二元心智这些跨层面因子的柔性机制则可带来更持续的二元创新动力。本文通过案例解释了二元性前因的交互关系,也拓展了二元文化及心智的理论边界,研究结论对中国制造业创新升级具有实践指导意义。
The transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industries need both the breakthrough and incremental dual innovation drivers. Through continuous breakthrough innovation of Jiangling Motors, driven by innovation of dual-core and innovation-driven innovation driven by flexibility in three different periods, a combination method investigation was conducted. It was found that it was difficult to solidly innovate the foundation by using only the leading mechanism, and the structural separation mechanism would have greater coordination costs And core rigidity, a flexible mechanism based on dual cultures, leadership mixes and cross-stratification of staff’s dual minds can lead to more sustained dual innovation dynamics. This paper explains the antecedent interaction of duality through case studies, and expands the theoretical boundaries of dualism and mind. The conclusion of the study is practical and instructive for the innovation and upgrading of Chinese manufacturing industry.
