笔者通过对空心板预应力梁桥破坏性试验,采集了桥梁在破坏过程中分级荷载作用下的裂缝宽度,总结了裂缝变化发展规律。参照相关规范中的裂缝宽度验算公式,对比分析了相同裂缝宽度的荷载计算值和试验值以及相同荷载下裂缝宽度的验算值和试验值。结果表明裂缝宽度与破坏荷载呈现非线性关系,同时表明目前规范裂缝宽度验算值大于试验值。试验成果为预应力梁桥的设计和安全运营提供了一定的技术参考。
Through the destructive test of prestressed girder bridge with hollow slab, the author collected the crack width under the action of grading load during the destruction of the bridge, and summarized the law of the development of the crack variation. According to the calculation formulas of crack width in the related codes, the calculated values and the test values of the same crack width and the calculated values and the test values of the crack width under the same load are analyzed comparatively. The results show that there is a nonlinear relationship between the crack width and the failure load, and meanwhile, the calculated value of the crack width is greater than the experimental value. The test results provide some technical references for the design and safe operation of prestressed girder bridges.
