为弘扬中华文化在21世纪企业管理与经济发展中的意义与作用,1997年4月2月至4日,浙江大学在百年校庆之际,举办了“中华文化与企业管理国际研讨会”。来自美国、日本、新加坡、香港、台湾、澳门等国家和地区的两百余名代表参加了会议。会议开得隆重而热烈,众多大学校长、学者和海内外企业家共聚一堂,探讨了大学与企业互融、文化与经济互动问题。经济活动总是在一定的文化背景下进行的,既有文化的参与又有文化的制约。因此,如何融优秀的民族文化于企业管理之中,有效地推动经济发展,是一个重要课题。本世纪末,随着东南亚各国在世界经济格局中的崛起,特别是中国改革开放以来经济成就令人瞩目,使越来越多的人关注这种“东亚现象”背后的奥秘所在——中华文化。
In order to carry forward the significance and function of Chinese culture in business management and economic development in the 21st century, from February to April 1997, Zhejiang University held the “International Seminar on Chinese Culture and Business Management” . More than 200 delegates from the United States, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Macao and other countries and regions attended the meeting. The conference was grand and warm, and many university presidents, scholars and businessmen from home and abroad gathered together to discuss the interaction between universities and enterprises and the interaction between culture and economy. Economic activities are always carried out in a certain cultural background, both cultural and cultural constraints. Therefore, how to integrate excellent national culture into business management and effectively promote economic development is an important issue. At the end of this century, with the rise of Southeast Asian countries in the global economic pattern, especially since China’s reform and opening up, remarkable achievements in economy have brought more and more people’s attention to the mystery behind this “East Asian phenomenon”, namely, China culture.
