将克癌7851(320mg/kg)与喃呋啶(60mg/kg)联合应用,观察其对小鼠肝癌(HenA)的抗癌作用。结果表明:联合组的平均瘤重明显小于对照组,抑瘤率为58.9%~68.7%,平均存活期亦明显延长,观察46d联合组存活率为5/10~7/9,癌细胞DNA含量明显下降。结果提示:小剂量喃呋啶与克癌7851伍用有明显的协同抑瘤效果。
The combination of gamma 7851 (320 mg/kg) and furfuroxime (60 mg/kg) was used to observe the anti-cancer effects of mouse liver cancer (HenA). The results showed that the average tumor weight of the combined group was significantly smaller than that of the control group, the tumor inhibition rate was 58.9%-68.7%, and the average survival time was also prolonged. The survival rate of the combined 46d group was 5/10-7/9. The DNA content of cancer cells decreased significantly. The results suggest that there is a clear synergistic antitumor effect of low-dose furosemide and Ke 7785.
