设计一种OH自由基气体模拟发生装置,可模拟产生不同浓度的OH自由基气体,用于对OH自由基浓度的测量和标定研究。在OH自由基气体模拟发生装置中,采用185nm紫外光源光解水气产生OH自由基气体,通过对气体反应腔中的臭氧、氧气、水气浓度进行测量,计算得到OH自由基气体浓度。实验结果表明,系统能有效模拟产生OH自由基气体,并且通过实验验证了其稳定性。
An OH free radical gas simulator was designed to simulate the generation of OH radical gases with different concentrations for the measurement and calibration of OH radical concentration. In the OH radical gas simulating device, OH radical gas was produced by photolysis of water vapor with 185nm UV light source. The concentration of OH radical gas was calculated by measuring the concentrations of ozone, oxygen and water vapor in the gas reaction chamber. The experimental results show that the system can effectively simulate the generation of OH radical gas, and the stability of the system is verified by experiments.
