前言在热处理前,一般先将切削加工和铸造加工后的工件经过前清洗,除去切削油和润滑剂后,再送入热处理炉内。目前,在前清洗时,新使用的清洗剂大多数为有机溶剂或者碱溶液。但是,由于使用这类清洗剂时,散发的溶剂蒸气会影响人体的健康,以及处理废溶液也较复杂。因此,这种清洗方法的推广应用受到了限制。在这里,介绍一种采用气化、燃烧的方法,来除去工件表面附着油脂的新型炉。并同时介绍一下这种新型炉在改善作业环境、节约能源等方面所取得的效果。
Preface In the heat treatment, the general first cutting and casting the workpiece after the first wash, remove the cutting oil and lubricants, and then into the heat treatment furnace. Currently, most of the newly used cleaning agents are organic solvents or alkaline solutions during the previous cleaning. However, due to the use of such cleaning agents, the solvent vapor emitted can affect the health of the human body, and the disposal of waste solutions is complicated. Therefore, the promotion of this cleaning method has been limited. Here, introduced a gasification, combustion method to remove grease attached to the surface of the new furnace. At the same time, we will introduce the effect of this new furnace in improving the working environment and saving energy.
