渔业船舶在渔业生产和管理活动中发挥着十分重要的作用,内燃机作为渔业船舶的热能动力机械装置,如同渔业船舶的“心脏”。随着渔业生产的发展,对渔业船舶的要求越来越高,故渔船内燃机的可靠性问题逐渐受到重视。内燃机是一个集多个运动零件于一体的复杂系统,其故障型式多种多样,维修工艺复杂,其可靠性从各种角度讲都显得十分重要。因此开展内燃机故障诊断意义重大。内燃机故障诊断技术是在内燃机运转过程中不拆卸和不干扰其工况的前提下,通过各种信号的采集和分析,确定内燃机在诊断时刻和未来的技术状况以及过去曾处在何种技术状态,达到查明其技术状态是否完好及确定其正常运行时剩余寿命的目的。实践证明,通过实施内燃机故障诊断技术及时防止渐进性故障和假突发性故障,有着重要作用,可使故障发生率降低30%左右。
