工业控制芯片是将组态处理、程序存储、信号输入输出、控制算法、通信接口等功能集成在一起的产品。本文研究构建适用于大多数工业控制芯片设计的仿真平台,以便对系列工业控制芯片设计的功能进行测试验证。该仿真平台成功应用于国内首款工业控制芯片CMC系列的设计,具有较高仿真度,良好的扩展性,可有效发现系统设计缺陷、缩短产品开发周期、降低开发成本。
Industrial control chip is the configuration processing, program storage, signal input and output, control algorithms, communication interfaces and other functions integrated products. This paper studies the construction of a simulation platform suitable for most industrial control chip design, in order to test the function of the series of industrial control chip design. The simulation platform has been successfully applied to the design of CMC series, the first industrial control chip in China. It has high simulation degree and good expansibility. It can effectively find defects in system design, shorten product development cycle and reduce development cost.
