根据光线通过均匀透明平行平板介质时发生的横向位移特性,提出了一种利用线阵CCD和计算机自动测量此横向位移量,并很快计算出透明介质折射率的简单方法。采用He-Ne激光以入射角分别为30°、45°、60°和75°对K9玻璃的折射率进行了测量,测量中用曲线拟合法确定光斑的中心位置来获得偏移量,最终测量精度能够达到10-3量级。对实验方法误差进行了分析,提出了减小测量误差、提高测量精度的措施。
A simple method of automatically measuring this amount of lateral displacement using a linear CCD and a computer and quickly calculating the refractive index of the transparent medium is proposed according to the lateral displacement characteristic when the light passes through the uniform transparent parallel plate medium.
