目的:探讨利用分型原理通过对既往诊断为2:1房室传导阻滞及三度房室阻滞的心电图资料的再分析,阐述两者如何鉴别诊断的标准及原理。方法:回顾性分析研究大量2:1房室传导阻滞及三度房室传导阻滞的心电图发现可根据其中的不同分型为:1.经典型(除外干扰性房室脱节、分层阻滞、钩拢现象、隐匿性传导等特殊电生理现象)。2.干扰性房室分离型(2:1房室传导阻滞发生干扰性房室分离时酷似三度房室传导阻滞时)3.特殊型(存在钩拢现象、分层阻滞、隐匿性传导等特殊电生理现象),利用分型原理及其他标准进行两者之间的鉴别。结果利用上述分型及其他标准可对二者进行鉴别。结论:利用分型原理及其他标准为临床二者的快速鉴别提供了新思路和新方法。
OBJECTIVE: To explore the principle and principle of how to differentiate the two by using the principle of genotyping and re-analyzing the ECG data of 2: 1 atrioventricular block and third atrioventricular block. Methods: Retrospective analysis of a large number of 2: 1 atrioventricular block and third-degree atrioventricular block ECG can be found according to the different types as follows: 1. Interfering atrioventricular (2: 1 atrioventricular block occurs when the interference of atrioventricular separation resembles third-degree atrioventricular block) 3 special type (there hook phenomenon, stratified block, hide Sexual conduction and other special electrophysiological phenomena), the use of typing principles and other criteria for the identification between the two. Results The above typing and other criteria were used to identify the two. Conclusion: The classification principle and other criteria for clinical rapid identification of the two provided new ideas and new methods.
